Brioche bread, Huacas beef patty (or falafel), organic mixed greens, tomato, balsamic vinagre, caramelized onions, palmito, cheese, molasses bacon bits, special dressing. Accompanied by potato and yuca fries with cilantro-lime dressing.
We present our yuca rounds, inspired in Osa Peninsula’ s mysterious spheres .
Filled with spiced lamb or veggies, over a citrus sauce, topped with criollo cabbage salad, in homemade ketchup and mayonnaise.
Pollo Al Bombillo $12
Sometimes , in the old neighborhood corner ‘ventanitas ’ beneath a lightbulb’ s heat, a lucky person would find a crunchy deep fried chicken wonder. Each ‘ventanita’ has it’s own recipe, but our’s brings it to the next level.
Fried chicken strips, breaded with ‘tronaditas, a classic Costa Rican snack, over a bed of fried potato wedges with cilantro-lime dressing and lemon wedges.
Lost in Translation Raviolis $12
Unlike any Italian ravioli… homemade pas ta cannelloni wrapped in a surprise. Us ticos… we wrap all things in egg.
Beef filled cannelloni, wrapped in egg and breadcrumbs, over a bed of half moon fries, topped with with criollo cabbage salad, in homemade ketchup and mayonnaise.
