Who doesn’t love homemade guacamole in the afternoon paired with a fresh margarita?
Enjoy our TM Signature Guacamole recipe so you can enjoy the tastes of Tierra Magnifica in the comfort of your own home!
INGREDIENTS:
5 perfectly ripe avocados
5 limes
1 bunch of cilantro
1 medium white onion
Red pepper
Salt to taste
Recipe serves 8 people.
HOW TO MAKE:
Cut, pit and scoop out the perfectly ripe avocados into a bowl.
Finely chop the cilantro, onion, red pepper, and toss into the bowl.
Half the limes and squeeze into the bowl. Don’t throw the lime skins in the bowl.
Use a masher and….. you guessed it, mash the ingredients.
Salt to taste
**Leave one avocado pit in the bowl to prevent browning of your TM signature Guacamole**
