Tierra Magnífica is a full-service boutique hotel catering to adults (age 15+).

No pets including service animals are permitted on our property. 

Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm.  

Check- out time is at 10:00 am.

Rates do not include lunch or dinner at our award-winning Huacas Restaurant at Tierra Magnifica, providing an open-air dining experience where every dish is custom created with local, fresh ingredients from the land and sea around Nosara. All dietary considerations are catered to with care. 

Costa Rica's standard 13% sales tax is not included in the room rate. 

All rates are based on single or double occupancy. Each additional person costs $75 per person.

All reservations must be paid in full prior to the arrival. Please refer to your reservation’s cancellation and payment policies for the season.

In accordance with Costa Rica Law #9028, smoking is forbidden in any public areas in the country. Also, ALL rooms at Tierra Magnífica are non-smoking units. Therefore, if you need to smoke, please consult the reception for information regarding designated smoking areas.
