Yoga & Movement

Begin your day with a sun salutation as it was meant to be performed. TM offers complimentary group classes in our open air, ocean-view yoga pavilion in the early morning. Private and specialized sessions are available upon request. Contact our Wellness Concierge to schedule your personalized body movement classes.
